We have ordered 10 strips of cadigut capsules on 1 dec 2018.
We have paid amount 1050. Company send us mail of repayment of 1050, and notify us that they had refunded us previous amount ie 1050 which is not received yet. It seems to be fraud. Please take immediate action against this fraud taken by this company. There are many complaints regarding refund of fees taken by this company on internet.

As we already informed you that mistakenly your payment has been processed in our blocked amount so we have initiated the refund and provided you its Refund ID as well, it will take around 6-7 days as per the gateway policy. Meanwhile, you can make another payment via another gateway so we can provide you the required medicine/product.
