Online Marketplace Store India [Omsi] / Online Medical Store India — Not providing medicine & cancellation charges are high

I ordered a cream prescribed by my dermatologist which wasn't available even in leading online sites.

Now they asked for prescription, so I told the doctor name etc. But they refused to provide me the cream. The thing is that they might not have it in the stock.

Now when I asked for refund they are telling it will cost 100 plus 25%gst or something.WHEN THEY HAVEN'T SHIPPED ANY PRODUCT. Such a fraudulent site. Kindly ban their online service.

This is nothing but fraud.

This is nothing but fraud. I want full refund. They are just fraud nothing else.
