[Resolved]  Online Marketplace Store India [Omsi] / Online Medical Store India — order[protected] dated 10th july 2020

I placed order[protected] dated 10th july 2020 on online marketplace store india for medicines and paid rs. 2958.77 in advance as per the prices indicated on its website. After that they suddenly asked for prescriptions (E-mail was by some suspicious name maddy). I sent my prescriptions through e-mail and whatsapp in response to the so called maddy. They remained silent after that. I started sending e-mails and whatsapp messages to them. Maddy then asked me to give the names of medicines to check the status with the venders. This is really strange. All the information pertaining to the purchase must be available with them with respect to the purchase order. Still, i sent the details of the medicine. After a long time i have received the following e-mail from them:

We have tried to call you but there was no response from your side we want to inform you that the vendor arranged your products at the new selling prices galvusmet-50/1000mg tablet at rs.318 per, and vernix xr-150 capsule at rs.162 per, and veniz xr 75 mg at new rs.94 per, veniz xr 37.5mg at rs.51 per, & bupron xl 150 mg at rs.137 per, so kindly pay the extra amount of rs. 523 kindly confirm us for the order process.

I am afraid, if i pay the additional amount of rs. 523, they will swallow that amount as well and much more in future. This is a fraudester company. Please do something to get this banned and the person running it should be put behind bars.
