Online Marketplace Store India [Omsi] / Online Medical Store India — Order not sent after Payment and Wrong Tracking details

I had placed an order on Thursday afternoon and they sent me a message in WhatsApp that they have sent via courier and provided a tracking detail. The tracking detail still shows no update and the courier company has confirmed that there is no booking in the number. After Thursday evening, the customer support has stopped responding to my messages requesting update on the status of my order.
