I have placed an order for supply of olive oil on 26.12.2019 vide order no.2822998. At the time of placing the order or after making payment, nothing was mentioned about any customs duty to be paid by me. On 2.1.2020, i have received am email stating that the item is to be imported from usa and i have to pay customs duty. Since this was not mentioned in the order confirmation, i have asked to cancel and refund the amount. Now, they say to cancel the order, i have to pay rs.150/- plus 5%.

I feel, this is another way of earning money and nothing but a fraud.

The Company agreed to refund the amount after deducting Rs.100/- towards order cancellation charges and subject to withdrawing my complaint.

Hence, I am withdrawing the complaint.

I ordered an jacket from https://wearitloud.in/ and my order number is #EN89944 and it should be delivered in 2-3 days as website promise but after 5-6 days there is nothing where i can get any update on my order that it is which stage right now . Please look into it .
