Online Marketplace Store India [Omsi] / Online Medical Store India — Order status not shared

My order was placed on 13th July 2021 and no status was updated. After multiple calls and mails they say seller has not contacted. Now they want me to cancel my order and deduct 100 RS + 5% for what. That I waited for almost a month and medicines were not delivered. They are big time scammers and looting people there money
