Complaint marked as Resolved The item is delivered today. It was a substitute product that costs less than the amount I paid. I don't want to waste my time anymore. So I don't prefer asking them about the same. Not at all happy with their approach and arrangement of the ordered item. They have to double check the availability of an item before taking orders or atlease before making us pay. After the payment is done, the customers are helpless. They can't do anything other than nodding to whatever they say, since they haven't got a decent refunding system. Happy that consumer complaint is there as a platform to react against such companies. I am marking this complaint as resolved without even have 1 percent satisfaction with omsi.
