[Resolved] Online Marketplace Store India [Omsi] / Online Medical Store India — product delayed indefinitely & not enough effort made to resolve the issue

The first purchase arrived in a month but the second product of mine code : 2805199 hasn't reached me yet. Whenever i ask for tracking details or status update i get a lame excuse "its stuck with customs". I[censored] see i have ordered this product 2nd september 2018 & today is 26th october 2018! Plz look into it urgently!! They are very reluctant as its pre-paid

As we already informed you that the product which you have ordered will be arranged from abroad so it will take around 3-4 weeks and there is a chance that it may get stuck in customs also.
So now the packet has been stuck in customs that is why it is taking more time, we are trying to release it from there as soon as possible.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience but soon you will get the update.
