Online-Pancard.com/ — charging 5 times of fee for pan correction but are not authorized pan facilitation center. phone numbers and contact email nothing works.

They have made me pay rs.499 for a service they are not legally permitted to render. I just booked the service few minutes back and when i tried contacting them with some issue, i realized they are fraud as there is no way to contact them. Email and phone numbers don't work. I found a similar website pancard-online.com with exactly same material on website, same wordings for all pages. That website had a complaint of being fraud on this portal. I checked official website of income tax department and these are nowhere mentioned as authorized pan facilitation centers. And it only costs rs 107 or so on official portal to raise pan correction request. These are actually looting us! I want to cancel the service request and get my money refunded but not able to do so as they have asked to raise refund request through their email which doesn't work. Please help me and also future victims of this fraud. I need full refund and cancellation of service.
