[Resolved]  Online SBI — Excess payment of Home loan

Mahendra Kumar Das SB A/C no: [protected] Loan A/c no.[protected] &[protected] SBI : Chamundi puram, Mysore South Keerthi Plaza, 2936, NS road Dear Sir/Madam, From 2005 to till date I am depositing the Home loan EMI before 15th of every month without fail. Yesterday I got a phone call from SBI, Saraswati puram Branch, Mysore that My EMI are irregular & amount; to be paid Rs.9000+ immediately, due to Rate of interest is more. How can they demand to pay the full amount in one installment without any information. This is the duty of M/s.SBI to inform the customer regarding the change of EMI. Right now am unable to deposit the full amount of Rs 9000+. Kindly deduct the same in installment basis & inform me about the future EMI to be paid.
