Online Shopping — fraud

I had purchased an item from shop cj vide order no. [protected] for an amount of rs. 2300/- which was not upto the required standard and which was duly returned by me. I was accordingly given a coupon code no. Ch39p59zeqe by shop cj which is valid upto one year i. E. Upto june, 2020.. I was assured that i can select item from home shop 18 as wel but when i tried to search shop cj online again it was not to be found and their complaint numbers are not existing now. I tried to contact home shop 18 but they refused to give any item in view of the coupon code issued to me as mentioned above. I think its a case of online fraud. Kindly advise...
