[Resolved] Amulyam.com — not receiving the incentive amount after completion of offer

I have placed an order at firscry through my amulayam account promotional offer which states that after completing the order I will receive an amount of Rs 60 within a one month time in my amulayam account as an incentive amount but I dnt received after so many mail follow Ups and reminders ,they are just giving nonsense and fake reasons and keep on delaying so that offer expires and they need not to pay.
I have placed an order on 30 jan 2013
order no. 357495MOC0A80675

I have all confirmation mails of my order and delivery details as well.
I want my incentive amount from amulayam.

amulyam — not get the recharge amount

I recharge 10 rupees from my amulyam wallet .I did't get any recharge amount in my mobile.But the amount is deducted from my wallet.

i placed an order on 5 march 2013
order no.357495MOF47B6710

on firstcry through amulayam againt which they need to give Rs50 as an offer completion incentive within a month time but they do not credit it after many follow ups.

they repeting the same story that client is not approving the status of order but i received my shippment.
