have been a loyal customer of ebay and had recommended ebay to many of my friends and colleagues. My ebay id gvsr.reddy

SR# 1-[protected] SR# 1-[protected]. i have purchased the winknet product throught the offer on ebay where in they had a promotion and i choose the Philips hairdresser offer through paisa pay id : [protected]. i still didnt receive the philips gift.i contacted ebay through email about the same. They assigned an SR# 1-[protected] and replied back “Thank you for contacting us.We understand from that you want to know about the gift status, when you will be receiving the gift for the PaisaPay ID: [protected]. On checking our records, we notice that you have made the payment on 03-Oct-12 and have successfully redeemed for the "DUSSEHR007" offer. We are glad to inform you that you are eligible for the Dusshara Gift.
We are pleased to inform you that as per eBay’s timelines the gift would be dispatched to you within 45 days from the date of payment realization / date of redemption at your registered address. Be rest assured that you will receive the gift soon.We will send you a the shipping details once the gift is dispatched from our end. Post that I have written 3 mails asking for updates and I donot get any updates back from the team. All that I am getting these days is an automated email stating “ Thanks for your email - we’ll get back to you soon”

I never get replies back from ebay despite multiple mails to ebay. I received a call from one of ebay team member on 13th Jan stating that my goodie would be sent in the next 12 days. but no goodness/truth on that.

Can you look into this and help me please.
