I did place an order wit eBest Web Networks Pvt Ltd..


My order no is 3038. I have placed it on 22nd March and requested to be delieverd on 23rd March in Kolkata. Since it did not reach the destination I called your office . Deepshika picked the call and she had no answer why the call back was not arranged to confirm the delay of the service. Hence I wanted to speak to the manager but as mentioned he/she was busy in a meeting and agreed to call me back in next 10 mins . When I did not get any call back from him/her i called back but the line was disconnected once the lady on the call got confirmed I was the same person who called few minutes back . Post that I called 42 times and the call remained unanswered. What an unprofessional attitude !! Guess what is taught to people in the organisation is NOT TO ACCEPT CALLS if there is an error from their side . Guess the manager scared of interacting with customer or not aware of the process in the organization ?.v v vv bad experience ..will never advice any one to order from this site ..They will not even take your call forget about the order you make.
