I ordered a fridge for Rs.12990 on ebest.in through junglee.com. But immediately I received a text message from my bank that the money had been debited from my account. But no response from the merchant. No email or sms only if you log into their website with user name and password they show the order number and transaction successful. But otherwise nothing else. Many people are describing it to be a fraud site. Please help me.
