I ordered a fridge for Rs.12990 on ebest.in through junglee.com. But immediately I received a text message from my bank that the money had been debited from my account. But no response from the merchant. No email or sms only if you log into their website with user name and password they show the order number and transaction successful. But otherwise nothing else. Many people are describing it to be a fraud site. Please help me....

My order no is 3038. I have placed it on 22nd March and requested to be delieverd on 23rd March in Kolkata. Since it did not reach the destination I called your office . Deepshika picked the call and she had no answer why the call back was not arranged to confirm the delay of the service. Hence I wanted to speak to the manager but as mentioned he/she was busy...
