[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Defective Product Delivered & replacement not done, No revert | |||
I have placed an order for BERG Electric Tandoor through Homeshop18 and received the order on 23rd Sept 2013. And found the product defective and unable to open. Have called the call center on 24th Sep and informed them about this. They have registered a complaint(Complaint No:[protected] and told me that reverse pick-up will happen for product replacement in 48 hrs. Nothing has happened again on 28th I called the call center and asked about the status of the complaint they again took a complaint that Bluedart will do the Pick-up in 3 days time with a complaint number 87377871. I waited till 4th Oct and have not received any response again on 4th, when i called the call center, they have not given any update about the previous complaint and they again took a fresh request 87707515. When i asked for a call transfer to their supervisor they have done it saying this will resolved this time. Nothing happened even after that, however i raised request through online as well with a complaint number 87716775, but no use. Request support in this regard atleast a revert from authorized person on the product replacement Was this information helpful? | |||
