India Souq — Rs 200 is taken by indiasouq on promise of a camera by CASH ON DELIVERY. | |||
India souq advertised through a page in facebook (http://www.facebook.com/IndiaSouqIndia). It was selling NIKON COOLPIX P-500 at Rs 4599. I bought the product for Cash On Delivery on 19th june and PAID Rs 200 IN ADVANCE for transportation charges. I tried to contact their customer care number ( +91 [protected]) which was again either out of reach or switched off. I even left a message at the websites' message box,but again no response.I even mailed them but yet got no reply. To add to my excruciating experience that i already had with this fraud company, the admin of the facebook page of "india souq" DELETED ALL MY COMMENT ON WHICH I ASKED WHEN CAN I EXPECT THE DELIVERY TO REACH ME. Hold on this is not the end , they even blocked me when I send the admin a facebook message asking the same question. It had been 5 days since the day I ordered and yet the order status is still showing pending on their website, and the company cannot be reached by any means whatsoever. I tried all means possible to reach them,but all was futile. Was this information helpful? | |||

same thing happened with me. I ordered 1TB seagate hard disk on cash on delivery and paid 200 on 17th june but till yet no update and phone no. is comming switched off. the main culprit or criminal is "HIMANSHU NAGPAL" He is the orwner of this site his mail id is nagpalh.[protected]@gmail.com. Indiasouq is TOTALLY FRAUD SITE, and their modus operandi is to give product price low and cheate the people.

same thing is happened with me and one of my colleague ... we have both paid through credit card for 1TB hard disk. In spite of various email, pone and message, no reply have been communicated. A few days ago the website change the order status as sent for delivery and promised delivery on 21 june, and still not delivered.
I am having the same problem buying an external hard disk. The worst part is that I paid the full amount through net banking. Please take the required action. PFA

hi after seeing so many complain and intentional fraud done by indiasouq.com I contacted sho of trilokpuri station through my relative and sho told me that they are gona report it to cybercell crime branch and they will nab the criminal. they are also searching for the owner of mobile no. [protected]. i have forwarded it to some major news channel also. Actually i also ordered 1tb seagate hard disk on 17th june having order id 1034 but haven't got it. never mind i paid only 200 for COD but very soon they will be behind bar on non bailable warrant under section 420.
Hi, without seeing the site's review, I and my colleague purchased 2 1 TB Seagate HDDs with full payment through credit card on Jul 11. Also, on Jul 12 I again purchased 2 Gb USB 2 times through different orders. No response through email. Phone calls not being picked. Message not being responded. Not sure what to do...
Apart from me, my 3 other colleagues and 1 friend got the same 1 TB HDD all with full payment on various dates between Jul 10 and Jul 19.

I had placed an order of 1 TB external Hard Disk Drive for an amount of Rs 2985.00 on 19 Aug 13 with order No. 3092. But from 20 Aug 13 onwards the site shows as it is under maintenance.. Please do the needfull so that i may get my money refunded... Payment was made through credit card. Thanking you. Same issue...I happened to order American tourist wallet via debit card and its been more than a month and no update on that the website is now on maintenance
