[Resolved]  Seventymm Services Pvt Ltd / Fujezone Smart Tab Mt - 12 — refund of money from online shopping

See I had ordered one tablet (fujezone smart tab mt-12) order No:DOA0555576 from online shopping Seventymm services pvt ltd. They had sent the tablet but when I received the tablet after paying Rs 6500/- cash on delivery it is found that the top glass of the tablet is cracked and the tablet is not working, immediately i contacted them at the given phone number [protected], [protected] the customer care number. They told to email a photo of the tablet and i immeadiately did it. Then they told that send back the tablet at the given address in the invoice at Delhi. I sent back the tablet at the given address. They received the tablet but did not even inform it, after repeatedly calling at the customer care number then they told that it has been received and they will replace it with a new one within 10 working days, when i contacted again after 10 days then they told it will take another 10 days but they did not sent and finally one day i received a sms after 5 more days that they will refund the amount. Again they told that within 5 working days you will receive your payment, after 5 days again i contacted again they told it will require another 10 days, after then when ever i contacted they told that it will be refunded after few days but it did not happen even after 15 days. thereafter when ever i contacted them the phone will not be received and it will tell all our customer care executives are busy.
