I have purchased a mobile from http://shopping.indiatimes.com ie. Brand New Nokia 101 on[protected], and my order no. is [protected] ,but instead of providing Nokia 101 they gave me Nokia 100.After that I made several attempts to get back my original order my compliant no. is 454842 but there was no reply from Indiatimes . Now I have no other options rather than complaining in this forum and expect to have a solution. Plz help me ...
