Dear Sir / Madam, I have order Mobile Handset on Timtara on dated 6-10-12 under following details. Order #10335846 Order Status: Awaiting Shipment Order Date:[protected] @ 5:40 PM Order Recipient: Kenneth Douglas Grundy Order Total: Rs. 4,399 INR Billing Details Nainesh Patel Plot No.2224/C, Near Fulwadi Nala, Hill Drive, Bhavnagar, GUJARAT 364002 India Its 29th October, 2012 and still the order status show "Awaiting Shipment". Dear Sir,

As today is 31st Oct12, Still not getting replay from company about my product shipment.

every time customer care executive asking for 3 day waiting for replay on complain.

Dear Mr. Nagarajan N. Iyer,

I have canceled my order No. 10335846 through mail & Timtara online portal on 9th Nov-2012, but still online status of my order is "pending for shipment"
Please find attached copy.

Today is 22 Nov 2012 and instead of receiving my paid amount 4399/- i am waiting for order cancellation.

I don't want any product form Timtara.com, Request you to help me to get my paid back my money.
