i ordered a micromax mobile on 08/11/2012 and payment was made by credit card.timtara assures to supply the product within 3 weeks. after expiry of time limit i lodged complaint with them regarding non shipment. no response was given and after repeated calls on customer care , i was finally told that product has been sold ( last call on 19/12/2012 ) even after my order the product was available for sale on site. i could not buy another mobile in this duration as the status of the product on site was " awaiting shipment ". finally i asked them to cancel my order and refund my money , but i have not been provided the cancellation no. timtara has only provided customer care no. and no contact mail id has been provided. if someone wants to mail complaint , it only says that your complaint is already registered.
this way , this online shopping site is making false commitments and never bother for customers complaint and no prompt action is being taken to resolve the issue.
i doubt that my money will be refunded within 7 days as declared in their terms . Was this information helpful? |
