Online Station — Damaged product and non compliance with support | |||||
Hi, I ordered a mini LED projector from this site . Order number :9758535. Order date:- 12-Mar-2016. Invoice email :- [protected]@gmail.com The issues I am facing are as follows :- 1. The product that was shipped was damaged. Left panel was broken. 2. I am not getting connected from with the customer care due to some connection issues from there part. 3. According to the company return policy, I am trying to send them the replacement request mail but that too is not getting delivered to them. 4. While purchase, the company was claiming free shipping, but i was charged Rupees 300 for shipping. 5. The freebies are also not provided by the company which it was offering while purchase. Supplied through ONLINE STATION, 5/19, MESSENT RD, SEWREE(E), MUMBAI, MAHARASHTRA (INDIA). I am completely fed up from the service of this organisation. I want them to replace the product with a good and new one + shipping charges that was charged to me + mental harassment compensation . Was this information helpful? | |||||
