This company is cheating the public. Please take action against it.
I bought nicer dicer. But i received damaged product and without any bill and warranty. I had submitted for returning the product but no response from them. Kindly take an immediate action.
I have paid through cod and courier is through fedx.
Please respond to this by mailing what action is being taken on this company as i find many people had already registered complaints and no action on those complaints. We are registering complaints here believing that you people will give us justice.

I have ordered a bastway non velvet sofa
On last month on 28th august 2017, during at order of my product in online station thy had offered a free gift voucher (Value of gift voucher is rs 1500/-) but i got only my product (Best way non velvet sofa) i had payment already but my free gift voucher was not get yet. I have already complaint to the customer care no reply still. So i have decide to return my product for refund.

I received the mentioned above parcel from post office on 9th of August 2017. When I opened the packet I saw broken jar (big one) and when I tested the machine, it was not working/moving. Kindly replace the machine with a new and functional one or else return the money i.e Rs 2740 at the earliest. Your prompt action and cooperation in this regard will be highly appreciable and improve the business.

Here are the order details for Intex Velvet Sofa. My order no. is 10421482.
I had purchased this by ordering (cash on delivery) on their site around 06/04/17. It was specified on the site that it's a sofa-cum-bed. Also I got a call very next day from them that the product would be delivered soon and a CD was being provided to guide me with the installation process. The order which was of Rs 5699 got enhanced to Rs 5999(mentioning COD charges via FedEx)
.Also it was mentioned that refusal/non-payment may enable legal action(refer sec 44, 55, 56 Sale of Goods Act), which surprisingly no other online retailer mentions!

After having made the payment in cash, product was handed to me on 18/04/2017. To my horror, I found the product quite useless and defective too. Besides no CD/DVD was provided for installation process. I then wrote a mail on 19/04/2017 to the onlinestation to take the product back as it has a

I got not working product. The no given in Ur site is also not working

I paid 2740 person called said u need to pay vat but after receiving product i got to know that it's from my city only than too

I was ok but product is damage nobody responding n the contact no not working only if my money not refunded I'll go to police n consumer court for charting n fraud

I ordered a magic bullet (order no.[protected] but before dispatch I send an email for cancelling the order to [protected]@onlinestation.in on 2nd Mar. 2017 at 7.20pm. But instead of cancelling they dispatched the item on 3/3/17 at 15.53.13.(as par India post tracking page). Now they are sending me email, if I refuse to receive the item I will have to pay the 2 way charges along with the taxes or will have to face legal actions. I tried to contact several times to [protected], but the line diverted and disconnected. No proper web site, no proper address. Is it a genuine company? People should be cautious and conscious of these type of companies.

I got a call from [protected] to conform the online purchase. When I tried in that number, the call is diverted and it says call cannot be connected.

I mistakenly ordered mini led projector.But as soon as possible as I tried to contact the phone number of this website and I realised that that number is not active now.And also I didn't get any precaution message or email about cancellation of order rule when I mistakenly order this, but when the product was dispatched then lots of email and messages came which stated that I cannot cancel this order.Now it claims 2000 rupees for avoiding this order.So they are really fraud.I want to cancel my order with no money.And my home address is also changed to a different region.My order number is 10291680.

I have faced the same problem as everyone else. This site is a fraud. Please inform all people you know not to purchase anything from this site. Please this is a request as I too have been cheated. They are using all false information. My husband even received a call to give ATM details and ccv number which he did not give them as they said they would refund the money. My husband said he would talk to his bank first. On calling that number back after half an hour. It did not ring.

I order for purchasing of one. Magic bullet made in usa online station. I received msg that o u r order placed to coy and pay rs 2700 to delivery man. Within four days i received parcel and payment done. When i opened and seen ordinary mixer there is magic bullet. Secondly. Main jar broken. Simply the cost of duplicate mixer is approx rs 700/800. Only. L got shock and l sent 6/7 sms. But no reply. Sms delivered only to server but sms not reaching to online station. Received sms reply from. No [protected]@server-mailjol.net. (Indicating. U r sms not delivered to address. One phone no [protected] but no body attend phone. I request to send original magic bullet. Mixer made in usa with two year warranty.

I have received intex high quality velvet sofa cum air bed from online station.in on 23/08/2016. They have included with this product 1. Dual action turbo power pump, 2. 3 piece pump nozzle set, 4. Travel bag 5. Repair kit
6. Free gifts worth rs.2000/- or holiday voucher of rs.1000/-. But i received only folded sofa in a carton box and other items are missing. I am trying to contact them on their contact no. I have purchased as portable steam bath, but the product i received is not as shown on the website. very cheap quality product, also their is no free gifts as it mention in the invoice as well on the website.

The contact number shown on website is not at all connecting and also the mail id are wrong. its just a fraud website.

I mrs pande, orederd mini projector from this site, as soon as i received it, within an hour i applied for return pick up, company is not taking any action on it. the number displayed on site is always busy or congested network, contact us mails are not answered just sdubmittted. i[censored] place a new oreder with earlier deatils it accepts it but retrun requests are not.
very very poor customer support. LED projector quality very poor. its a cheating.

Ms came from im-onlstn showing that your shipment of miniprojector was dispatched via bizpost tracking no. Cm[protected]in. Your shipment was supposed to be delivered by today (13th june2016),

In case of refusal / non acceptance of this shipment 2 way shipping charges + any entry / transit taxes incurred on this shipment may be applicable and liable to be paid by you. (Please refer: section 44, 55 and 56 of sale of goods act, 1930). These charges may account at least 40% of the cod amount. This order cannot get cancelled irrespective of anything as it is already dispatched and is in transit. Goods are completely tested and inspected before dispatching the order. Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled and are liable for the above charges. We hope to seek your co-operation on this.

I ordered a mini LED projector from this site . Order number :9758535. Order date:- 12-Mar-2016. Invoice email :- [protected]@gmail.com

The issues I am facing are as follows :-
1. The product that was shipped was damaged. Left panel was broken.

2. I am not getting connected from with the customer care due to some connection issues from there part.

3. According to the company return policy, I am trying to send them the replacement request mail but that too is not getting delivered to them.

4. While purchase, the company was claiming free shipping, but i was charged Rupees 300 for shipping.

5. The freebies are also not provided by the company which it was offering while purchase.

I am completely fed up from the service of this organisation. I want them to replace the product with a good and new one + shipping charges that was charged to me + mental harassment compensation .
