I have ordered a product with order no - oid130324 from the online website of www.onlineclues.com on 21/05/2016, but to my utter disappointment the product i received totally differs from the product i ordered, the color i ordered were not there and the fabric was of very inferior quality, even the size very much differs from the standard size, as per there return policy have tried to contact them through mails and calls but of no use as they are hardly bothered to answer and finally have made a request on there website for return still have not received any confirmation, seriously have not thought of this kind o[censored]nprofessional customer behaviour now seeking refund of my money rs.699/-, request your intervention on the same.

Complaint marked as Resolved Thanks consumer complaints forum for your intervention, got call from onlineclues to arrange for reverse courier of the packet as they are helpless in arrnging the reverse pick up, so i couriered them my packet with my account details and within a day of packet delivery at their end they have refunded my amount of Rs.699 which got credited to my account though i have to bear the postal charged of Rs74/- still i am satisfied, appreciate your action Onlineclues. Thank you

Updated by rudr84 Its been 10 days now onlineclues replied that there representative will get in touch to resolve but unfortunately no one have yet tried to resolve the same, pathetic to see this unprofessional behaviour and bad customer service by online clues, the worst part is they have no proper address, there contact no do not respond, and they hardly acknowledge any feedback for mail complaints, would request to intervene and get it resolved earliest or as a last resort would complain in cyber crime cell as they are fooling people with cyber fraud giving zero details of the whereabouts of the company dealing in the products.
