[Resolved] OnlineClues.com — Not helping me for return and refund of wrong items | |||||
I have ordered some shirts with order no. CIN759106 from this company but when I open the delivered package I found wrong shirts inside the package which are quite different from those I have ordered. So I want to return them and get refund for this, that's why I could have contacted the company after 24 nos. of dialing their customers care no. and they told me that they will contact me back within 2/3days but even after 6days, neither they give me any updates nor they contact me. And when I calle them more than 25 times they never picked up my calls, so I am facing a very harsh problem. So, please you help me to get the work finished positively at the earliest. Order no - CIN780841. The product i have ordered of 5 London looks shirts from online clues that is different in colour and design so exchange it or refund cash as soon as possible from your side and u know that only seven are there to change or refund.
