I have purchased branded combo of 3 pure linen shirts from onlineclues.com for rs 699. After receiving the product i came to know that the quality of the shirts were very poor. Since then i have been trying to contact them via email, phone and through there return policy page but there is no response from there side till now. I want to return my cash back for your wrong product delivery.

got a call from the customer care and she asking my card details like, card no, bank name, coed, and she spoken very rode and she told that she cannot able to transfer money bank to bank. she asking all my card details to transfer money card to card transfer. Plz suggest me what need to be do for this.
