[Resolved]  OnlineClues — Different features of product from website.

I has ordered jeans with ID no.[protected] and order no. CIN803681.
The product seemed different in website compared to the product delivered.
The policy says to return with 24 hours. But the contact details will always be busy, and mails are not replied on time.
As i am highly disappointed with the product i want my money back. There is no proper response from the website neither there is an option for directly return.

It looks like as if your website will be sending an automated replies. since there is no proper replies from you. It will be one week since the day i complained.

This will be my last comment. Further i will be TAKING SERIOUS ACTIONS, if you do not refund my money.

Is this a fake website ? who first send bad quality products later not refunding the amount with lots of return policy.

Why can't you display your policies before the customer orders so that no person will be waiting for so long.

Dear Online Clues,

Guess you people want to extend the complaints for a year or more. I do not understand, how can a website be so careless regarding their business.

If you people need money get a loan, instead of not refunding customers money. To solve a compliant you people are taking too much time. I have not seen any of the website doing this.

It's a final complaint. i will be reporting this to higher level, if I do not receive my money.

Dear FOUNDERS OF ONLINE CLUES,

With reference to the previous Complaint raised regarding the Refund of Purchases made.

I am highly disappointed and perturbed with the way your Networking has been functioning. This is not what is expected from a deemed website such as yours. I have been trying to connect to you over the Phone, however it appears that the there isn't a slight decency to return the calls let alone respond to it.

If i don't receive any reply within the next 24 hours I will take the matter up the ladder under Consumer Protection Rights.

Awaiting your Revert.
Its already 3 days, still i did not get any response.

Guess this is how online clues disrespect clients.
