Hi, They have refunded me my amount but what about money i spent for courier (Rs 360) it is not a small amount right. I understand by reading their policies that they don't provide reverse shipping charges. But to be frank, if i would i have got correct product which i had ordered i would have kept that regardless of the quality. But they sent me wrong product and that too with worst quality and then they ask me to ship it back. I paid rs. 360 courier charges to send the product back. Now tell me, did they mention anywhere in their policy that company have right to send wrong & worst quality product. I saw many complaints regarding the same, company don't have right to do this with their customers. We are at loss by using this website, we waste time, money and at the end we don't even get the product they display and end up wasting time and money. Most imp thing is their customer care numbers, those never connect even if they connect there is no response. We get call from them, but the person talking is very rude and they didn't even listen on what we are trying to say and they disconnect the call. I got a call from their customer care executive regarding refund. They asked me did i get money in my account (Rude voice - not my concern though), i said yes i received. And i continued, but i didn't receive courier money, the person directly disconnected the call. I was like what the hell, are they doing business in this was. Small scale companies do need to take care of these small small things to grow big. I do run a small organization and i know imp of small small things which can lead me to grow big. I am not here to teach you how to do business but to get my money back. Please help me to get my courier money back as it was not my mistake that they sent me wrong product. If i wouldn't have liked the product and sent it back then i wouldn't have requested for courier money, i sent the product back because shirts were of worst design that i cannot gift it also and when i tried one of them it was so hard on my skin, Please help!!!
