Dear sir/madam

I have ordered combo of 5 cotton check shirts having invoice no si 00041635 for rs.1099.

But upon receiving product i observed that quality is very cheap and color also does not match. I immediately called their customers care no for return. He give me some id no 4861 for reference and said your complaint is placed you will get reply within three days (I called on 8/09/2017).

Now its been almost 15 days but i have not received any call or email regarding it. I am trying their customer care no and it is saying its busy or out of coverage.

Please help to get my refund of rs. 1099
