[Resolved] OnlineClues — No responses being received, call unreachable, want to return a product

I have placed an order via onlineclues guest login. I want to return that order, I have mailed them to know the process ASAP. or to process the cancellation from their end and arrange the pick up ASAP. But no response is being received.

The order was placed using [protected] mobile number on name of Aishwary Rathi.

Infact, the numbers that they have provided online are unreachable :(. I'm worried if the number of days allowed for return are passed, they will not return.
