[Resolved] OnlineClues — Product quality and different product what i order | |||||
I have ordered london looks 5 men's cotton check shirts (Order no: - cin855454) from onlinecluse.com on 12 march 2017 and it has been delivered on 17th march (Saturday). When i checked the product they are totally different what i ordered and i tried to call ([protected]/39) multiple time but on the given, no but there is no response from there side. I have sent a follow-up mail 2-3 time but they are not sending satisfactory mail. And when i asked for complaint no then they are just sending that "we completely understand your concern and apologize for the inconvenience caused. We will try to resolve your problem soon."
