Hi,
I haven't got the refund for reversed courier charges.
Whose responsible for sending the correct product. Was this my fault ? Did I return the product due to placed the order by mistake/unlike the product/size mismatch.
It's unfair. You guys sent the wrong product, didn't reply properly when I have called customer care.Whenever I call customer care, it's busy tone. I guess, by default you have made setup.
I just need a proper reason and refund for your mistake.
Not willing to give any rating due to frustration.
