Online Clues.com — Received cheap quality and misleading product from seller, no response from customer care Kj kj1998 on Mar 27, 2016 I ordered a product from online clues.com, i received it on 27/3/16 without any notice or message.The product was of a combo of 10 stylish t-shirts, the shirts in the image were very good looking and attractive but the product which i received was totally false.I got plain cheap quality t-shirts and that too less in number and also of different sizes.whenever i call the customer care of the company, it is always busy or not responding, and infact there are are many people like me who have been cheated.So i beg you to please help me get my money back and also of others;1000 rs is not a big amount, ... Onlineclues.com is very fraud site. I had ordered the product on 18/03/2016 . I received the product on 28/03/2016. When I opened the packaging I found out that they had sent really bad quality materials. So I placed a return request through their website on 29/03/2016, 30/03/2016 and again on 31/03/2016. Their website says the product can be returned within 30 days if they are informed within 7 days. But until now I have not received a single response from their side. I tried calling the number they have provided on their website but no one answers. Therefore I deduced that I have been cheated and so I am placing this complaint in the hope that necessary steps will be taken to stop this kind of fraud.
