Updated by jaibhim In response my complaint through this forum, I have received e-mail on 10.05.2017 from Onlineclues is that " Your query is in process. We will do our best to resolve your problem. We will get in touch with you to assist with this" . But still no further call or email received from them regarding pick - up the return parcel and refund my amount etc. So, this forum is requested to please guide me to further action may be initiated against the supplier.
