I need to return a product which they delivered a false product. i tried to reach them through several ways like customer service nos. and mail, but nothing worked out.

I received the defective product on two weeks back around june 30th and i started the return process through customer service on 2nd july. but til now my product has been not picked up from me. it been more the 12 days but they informed the they will take this return product within 7 days.
