[Resolved]  OnlineClues — Wrong product delivered and no easy returns

I have ordered 5 shirts for 1100/- and they delivered the product in time however, the shirts were totally different than what I ordered. The design, the pattern and the colour were totally different and when i tried several times to call their customer care they said that I have to return the product to them on my own expenses and also not cleared anything about refund. They said they will refund the money in my account and I just have to send them my account number and IFSC code in the package while shipping back. But I suspect that even though I return the product on my own expenses they will not refund me any money saying that the return has been delayed.
