[Resolved] OnlineClues — Wrong Product of Dotted shirts | |||||
I Had placed an Order for 5 Qty. Dotted Shirts, Order # CIN860227 on 14th March 2017 and wrong product delivered on 20th March 2017. Shirts delivered are totally different from the order which I had placed. Since 20th March 2017 I had been calling the Customer care number which always gives busy message and had written complaint on this to [protected]@onlineclues.com multiple times, I get message that we are processing your request but till date nothing has been done on this. Please help me out to return the product which is completely different from the one which I saw in the website and the quality of the product is very low as they have shown in the website
