Pathetic service! Ruined my 70 year old mother’s birthday by not delivering her cake, flowers n gifts! Totally spoilt everyone’s mood! Customer service totally unhelpful and did not even answer my further calls!
They accepted that the payment has been received but could not tell me why the delivery was not done!
Caused me severe embarrassment since i kept calling my mother to ask if she has received the gifts but she kept replying “not yet”.
This really upset her as well since she kept waiting for the delivery all day and ultimately had to go to bed disappointed!!!
And mind you, she lives in kolkata which is a major metro city!!! Was this information helpful? |
