I have placed order for same day delivery on www.onlinedelivery.in on 20th jun 2018, order no - 134892. However item was not delivered on the same date.
It was my husband birthday, they just ruined my husband by not delivering cake in his birthday. No prior intimation was given inspite of website claiming to promise same day delivery. I also asked specifically for same day delivery as paid amount for the same. It is a clear case of cheating consumers throught online unfair practices...
Caused me severe embarrassment since i kept calling my husband to ask if he has received the cake but he kept replying “not yet”.
This really upset him as well since he kept waiting for the delivery all day and get disappointed!!! Was this information helpful? |
