We had ordered online cake for dharamshala, hp location worth rs 995. I ordered the cake at 10:40 am but i didn't got confirmation from their side when i called them at 02:00 pm they said that the order can't be delivered, please place the order for tomorrow so i asked them to cancel the order and refund the amount. they agreed to it over phone. After it we arranged another cake from somewhere else then at 06:30 pm the delivery came which was given forcefully to keep as the payment was already made. So please resolve the matter asap as I am trying to call them but they are not answering my call
