Onlinedelivery.in — Non delivery of order

I placed an order for delivery of a bouquet yesterday for my mother's birthday. I selected the time slot 11 am-6 pm while placing the order since my mother would not be available at the address i had given, after 6 o clock. I made the payment and received a confirmation email at 1 pm. Got a call from them at 2.30 since the flowers i had picked were not available so i asked them to send other flowers of the same value. I was not told at any point that there was a chance that they might not be able to deliver! I believe 5 hours is sufficient time to deliver a bouquet and if it is not, then they should write on their website thay customers are placing orders at their own risk! the flowers were not delivered by 6 and the online status on their website showed that it had been delivered!! Nobody answered their customer care number that i dialled repeatedly to get informatiom about expected time of delivery. Several times the phone was busy but nobody picked my call or called back. My mother waited for 50 minutes and then left. She got a call from the delivery person after she had left that he was coming to deliver. She told him that she had left and asked him not to come. No offer was made to deliver the flowers at an alternate address. I wrote several emails to their customer care to call me. Even though they replied to my mails saying that the order was considered to have been delivered since the recipient refused delivery, nobody called me back. I even requested them via email to send the bouquet to another address nearby where my mother was goinf but didnt receive a reply. They have refused to refund the money i had paid- about rs. 1100. Now i see that there are multiple complaints against the website for their sub standard services. Please do not order anything from this website! Theyre a fraud.
