Onlinedelivery.in — order no: 132447 dated 03/05/2018- poor quality gift served

I never experienced such a poor service from any online services. I cant even imagine how they are surviving in the market giving such a stupid services.

They just ruined my reputation infront of my wife giving poor quality chocolates/flowers on her birthday gift after marriage which is not the actual stuff i ordered.

I have made an order dated 02/05/2018 with the order no: 132447 and the ordered items are totally rs. 4, 085 worth products which includes 24 number ferrari rocher chocolate worth of rs. 1195 and a basket of 45 chocolates rs 2, 445 (As per the picture demonstrated they offering mix of chocolates, such as bounty, snickers etc) and a 10 mixed roses worth rs. 395 with birthday wishes quote.

Oh my god, when she explained i couldnt believe the items they given in poor packaging and most of the chocolates packet is damaged and open & the birthday wishes quote they have written in hand written format on a paper with a poor hand writing which cannot even read properly.!!

Secondly the ferrari rocher chocolates ordered worth rs. 1195 which is having bad taste & the basket 45 choclates includes these idiots only rs. 5 dhs worth choclate mostly such as perks/ kit kat etc and no bounty included but as per their pictures bounty given and snicker only 4 quantity and and when i have counted the whole pricing its worth only nearly 800 dhs worth chocolate and the items totally order is 45 quantity but only 36-38 included.

Flower looks fresh but its stinks with bad smell.

When i have lodged the complaints informing them to collect the items back returning the fund they are lying recipient informed all items are received in good condition so we cannot refund the amount, were she informed upon their calls the dissatisfaction of services. I have even informed them i can acknowledge the recipient email confirmation to take action after that no reply from them.

Not even a single items ordered from these money diggers they have not given as per the order requirements.

I would inform everyone not to take a single order from them, were i have made big mistakes even i have seen the complaint forum due to urgency i have used their services.
