I have ordered a flower bouquet on 14th February 2019 from Onlinedelivery.in worth Rs. 995/-. They have not delivered the bouquet on 14th February and they have called me to apologize for it and said that they will refund my money back.
I have also received below email:
Dear XXXX,
This is in reference to your order number: 148574
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
Your order has been canceled and order amount Rs.995.00/- has been refunded to the same account from where amount deducted and it will be credited to your account within next 5 to 7 working days.
Today it is June 2019, yet I haven't received the amount back. I have written them many emails inquiring about my refund but I haven't received any response. Also, I have tried to call them several times and have tried to explain them that I have not received the payment. But they only give a response that payment is made from our side. What kind of the payment system they are having that customer doesn't get the amount in their bank account but their system shows that payment is made.
If necessary, I can share my bank statements from 14th Feb to till date. There is no transaction of Rs. 995.
