I have placed an order on 26/03/2019 order no. #14172 and yrs130355 for new dish tv full hd box and paid rs. 1699/-. I received a call from mobile no. [protected] where in i was assured to get the dish tv connection installed on the same day against installation request no. [protected]. But till now it haven't installed nor i have been contacted by the service provider. No call is being received by the above mentioned number. Please resolve the case at the earliest. Apr 1, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved First of all thanks to dish TV online team for resolving my complain. I emailed at [email protected] as directed by online team of dish TV on 30/03/2019. I got email from the same on next day and assured to resolve my complain shortly. I received a call from 9811758185 at 11:24 and intimated that delay for installation was for non availability of hardware and it will be installed within two days, but it has been installed today by Mr. Nayan approx 5:30 pm. I got a call from Mr. Rahul by mobile no. 3361353335 at the time of installation process. I would like to thanks to Mr. Rahul for his response. For future I would like to suggest dish TV team to intimate the actual processing period so that customers will feel secure about the position, as there are many cases of online fraud.
