I have enquired if my dth set top box would be upgraded. They have agreed and a payment of rs 2250 was made through credit card. Once the technician came for installation there was an issue during installation. The payment was done. When contacted they have asked me to pay another 1749 for a new connection while my request was only to upgrade the box. I had to pay another 2250 to the technician. I asked them to for refund for which they stopped responding to my calls Was this information helpful? |
