Pathetic n disgusting
This is the chronology of events I have had with onlinedth and dishtv collectively.

1. I book the Dish tv DTH with south HD titanium pack thinking I will get connection within 24 hrs.

2. Since no one turns up I cancel and ask for refund technically a week back.

3. On March 19, almost two weeks later they turn up and install and provide me a North HD titanium pack instead of south.

4. After multiple calls for almost 2 hrs the nodal manager tell me they will give south pack instead with the same North HD titanium pack give me telugu add on pack and cheat me.

5. On the same day when i cross verify with dishtv customer care they tell me the truth of south pack not being updated.

6. Later again the customer care call me up and tell me the offer is no more.
Pathetic ppl terminate the calls also. Sick n shame on them as they claim no questions will be asked n money ll be refunded on their website. Duping customers
