I had placex an order on 25 july with order no 1306 from onlinedth.co.in and made the payment online. Since my area (560100) is a cable violent area Dish tv delear had cancelled my order and the refund request was raised with onlinedth.co.in.

I had tried calling onlinedth several times, few times (1 out of 15) lucky to get connected and each time they said its under processing or already done and i will receive the money within one week. Its been almost 2 months and i have not got the amount.

i had spended more than 25 percent of the actual cost of device over phone call itself.
I am not sure now if they are ever gonna refund it.

I request you guys to stay away from this site.

Hi Online DTH, I am also facing similar situation. I paid for Dishtv 5 days back but no one has contacted me. Your sales team vanished after receiving amount. Customer care is worst. Let me know whom to connect. I paid 1700 rupees. I have all details. Order I'd is YSR126428. Hope you will resolve this.
