I have ordered for a new connection on 26/03/2019 and cannot see any processing of my order. The customer care receives the call and hangs up just as i say that i ordered a new connection on this day. The contact numbers provided is even unreachable and no email as well as an SMS for confirmation is received. The order process was way simpler than anyone can expect but after that, anything is not transparent. I have spent way too much on this new connection and it would be very helpful if i get my product as expected or atleast the refund.

I was placed a order of dish tv HD set top box price 1699 on onlinedth.co.in on 3-4-2019. I am not received my order till date. company give me promise for installation at 12:00 pm but my order not installed till date. a lady was talked with me at the time of placing the order. her mobile number is [protected] and company number is [protected]
