Please be informed that, i have book tata sky dth connection with one year dth package rs. 4599; by onlinedth.co.in order # 12284 on dated - 23.02.2019 at 7:12pm.

When i have called your service centre no.[protected] & [protected] and came to know, one year tata dth package has not available with you.

If do not have provide dth package for year, why accepted my payment?

After discussion, i ready to install with one month dth package rs. 1999/- and confirm that, installation will be done within 02:00pm by 24.02.2019, that will also more than 4 working hours.

But, it is very unfortunate, after your committed time no one contact with me and have not install tata dth connection.

I requested, i am not interested to continue with such o[censored]nprofessional attitude and want to cancel my booking. Please refund my complete payment rs. 4599/- as soon as possible.
